Research internship at Majlis Legal Centre (Mumbai, India), a non-governmental organization which provides legal representation to women in cases of domestic violence and sexual abuse, conducts legal rights training, and campaigns for policy-level interventions.
Had a rewarding experience working under the mentorship of Ms Flavia Agnes, an eminent legal scholar, political rights activist, and founder of Majlis.
Visited Bombay High Court and made frequent home visits to provide socio-legal support to litigants. |
