Parth Upadhyay is an Assistant Professor of Law, currently teaching at the undergraduate level. He holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from NLSIU Bangalore and an LL.M. in IPR laws from NALSAR Hyderabad. A UGC-NET qualifier (2023), he teaches courses on IPR Laws, Jurisprudence, and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Laws. His academic interests lie in IPR, IPR Jurisprudence and legal theory. His research interests lie in exploring the intersection of IPRs and the digital world and their impact on creativity and innovation.
