Shri Krishna Mohan, IAS (Retd.) from Haryana Cadre, 1977 batch ( served from 1977 to 2013). During this tenure he served across a broad range of key sectors and departments: Home, Revenue, Disaster Management, State Excise & Sales Tax, Health, Law & Justice, Rural & Urban Development, Infrastructure, Education, Agriculture, Forest, Cooperation, Financial Management, Public Distribution, Tourism, Housing, Labor, Grievance Redressal, Public Relations, Marketing of Agricultural Products and more in both Haryana and Chandigarh. He worked on notable administrative posts such as Home Secretary, Chandigarh Administration (2004–2008) and Deputy Commissioner‑cum‑Estate Officer, Chandigarh (1986–1991). He played an instrumental role in the execution of the entire public policy cycle—from problem identification to implementation and evaluation—across various government departments. Apart from his administrative skills he has rich academic acumen which can be reflected in his connections with numbers prestigious educational institution such as IIM Visakhapatnam, Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur and Marwadi University, Rajkot; Professor of Practice at Chitkara University and Rayat-Bahra University, Punjab a Guest Faculty or Adjunct Faculty. He has been also appointed as member of UPSC Civil Services & Indian Forest Service interview boards; chairperson for mock interviews for Civil and State Services as well as Engineering Services.
He is also a Certified National Trainer & Facilitator on Ethics (DoPT–UNDP National Pool) and a National Trainer on e-Governance (certified by NeGD, Ministry of Electronics & IT).
